This project explores a climate-responsive museum design in Guangzhou, balancing environmental adaptation with energy efficiency. By combining a compact overall form with a more open and ventilated interior structure, the design responds to the hot and humid climate through shading, natural ventilation, passive cooling, and integrated green building systems. The result is a low-carbon museum that works with climate while supporting the functional demands of contemporary exhibition spaces.
